The menu never repeats exactly — it follows what's good that week. Here's a taste of the current menu.

Marinated chicken breast over cannellini beans whipped with olive oil, lemon and balsamic, with roasted broccolini finished in lemon.

Seared sirloin with chimichurri, alongside smashed baby potatoes dressed in Greek yogurt, dill, celery, bell pepper and green onion.

Chicken thighs, mushrooms, snap peas, and bell peppers slow cooked in coconut milk and chicken bone broth with calrose rice, ginger, lemongrass and turmeric. Finished with lime.
Weekly rotating menu of 4-5 dishes based on seasonal ingredients.

Lauren spent most of her teens and early 20s working in kitchens, juice bars, coffee shops, and other food service businesses. This led her to spend ten years in food tech helping restaurants build an online presence and ordering system. Ultimately she discovered she simply loves food and found her way back to the kitchen through her first business, a sourdough focused bakery named Luna Bakery in Kansas City. She built Luna Bakery so she could spend more of her days with her daughter, Billie Luna.
Billie passed away suddenly in 2024 and Lauren closed her business. Through their grief, Lauren and her family found their way to Seattle. Lauren's new kitchen carries Billie's name, and she's in everything we do. The cooking follows the same principle as the sourdough it started with: whole foods, minimal ingredients, and naturally processing.
